You can see the effect of Wiki-syntax getting parsed differently with the ~np~ tag and the {CODE()} -plugin.
text here - strips all linebreaks out of "text here" - ~pp~ works
testtext here and some enclosed in <these brackets> here
The text between the <>-brackets doesn't get shown at all.
Also, (just in case it's related): tiki-view_blog.php complains to admin user about a division by zero by split plugin (tiki 1.9.2):-
Warning: Division by zero in /var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/gclub/htdocs/lib/wiki-plugins/wikiplugin_split.php on line 74

The blogs were htmlspecialchar()ed, too - it looks like fixed in CVS now!-

is one possible solution, but it then breaks HTML (currently in Article-preview).blogs o some apply_postedit_filter() - that's the way to do??
Blogs render the "caption" of the Code plugin in tiki-view_blog.php - just as an "&" (an ampersand).
In tiki-view_blog_post.php the code-plugin has the missing "<>"-bug- Importance
