Editing a calendar item via
tiki-calendar_edit_item.php
resets its hours and minutes to strange values.
This is my first bug report here, I could not find the issue somewhere and believe some experienced developer should review my fix.
commenting line 61 of lib/smarty_tiki/function.html_select_time.php solved the problem for me.
That line treats the variable $time which is expected to remain a timestamp by the rest of the code.
