I would like to be able to group related questions together under a common heading so that it can narrow down a manual/visual search i.e. the user scans through the FAQ him/herself, having already used the search engine to pinpoint the potential FAQ.
For example if I have a FAQ that is a "Quick Start guide to TikiWiki", I might have a group of questions that deals with Installation, a group of questions that deals with Configuration and a group of questions that deals with Features. While I could create separate FAQs for each of these, this becomes impractical when I already have dozens of FAQ, making it unnecessarily harder for users to find the questions/answers they are looking for. It would also seem poor organizationally speaking to have a FAQ with only 4 or 5 questions in it, particularly if I have several of these which are logically dealing with the same subject matter.

To help developers solve the bug, we kindly request that you demonstrate your bug on a show2.tiki.org instance. To start, simply select a version and click on "Create show2.tiki.org instance". Once the instance is ready (in a minute or two), as indicated in the status window below, you can then access that instance, login (the initial admin username/password is "admin") and configure the Tiki to demonstrate your bug. Priority will be given to bugs that have been demonstrated on show2.tiki.org.

Snapshots are database dumps of the configuration that developers can download for debugging. Once you have reproduced your bug on the show2.tiki.org instance, create a snapshot that can then be downloaded by developers for further investigation.
