- when a wiki-page is added to a category, it's is no longer viewed to anonymous users. (Login screen appears) By removing the page from the category it appears again.

Thanks for the report but it's not a bug. This is a new behavior of category permissions introduced in 1.10, and each admin needs to set properly it's tiki site while upgrading, or when installing a non finihsed release as 1.10.
See Tikiwiki 1.10 for more information on the new behavior in 1.10 regarding permissions system. And upgrade page, if needed.
You need to grant the new perms as reported on http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Upgrade+1.9.x+to+1.10.y or Tikiwiki 1.10
