Registered users can NOT see FAQ list even though:
tiki_p_suggest_faq
tiki_p_view_faqsAre both checked.
Confirmed on test install with SVN current as of 3/31/2008
Created new FAQ with 2 questions
Created new user in group registered
Granted permissions as above.
FAQ's do not appear on user menu, but do appear on Admin menu.dthacker: 2008/04/03
