When there are multiple headers of the same text, for example:
Windows Media Player
stuff about WMPPlatform availability
WMP is available in these platforms....Adobe Reader
stuff about WMPPlatform availability
Adobe Reader is available in these platforms....The links by maketoc all point to the first instance of Platform availability. This is not correct.
