On a fresh install of BRANCH-1-9 from July 31, 2007.
To reproduce:
Log in as admin. Enable articles. Click on the word "articles" in the menu immediately to the right of the file folder icon. No page is shown. Click on "Articles Home". No page is shown. When you hover over the item, the URL in the bottom of the browser seems to be correct. The file exists. Apache does not show any errors- Importance
