Plugin mouse over is missing this files inside:
wiki-plugins/mouseover/wiki-plugins/wikiplugin_mouseover.php
lib/wiki-plugins/wikiplugin_mouseover.phpit only contains th*.info.txt file.
So it can't install (neither from cvs _mods, neither from admin mods interface (mods.tikiwiki.org )
- Solution
1- fix the plugin:
Mouseover plugin : Data & param should be inverted2- move from mods to main code base

- Should the CSS and JS source maps be part of Git? Part of the released version?
- Tracker properties, Status; Inconsistantcy between display preferences and status options
- Files; Values in Maximum width / height of images for a file gallery can to chain of errors and corrupt image files
- Slideshow; Content is not displayed the same depending on the browser used (content may be truncated)
- Wiki page; Being able to save editing but staying in edit mode will help when creating (long) content
