The description of control panels is nearly unreadable when using the business theme due to insufficient contrast. The text is a light gray on a white background.
For example, as can be seen in the attached screenshot, in tiki-admin.php?page=look, the description "Theme selection, layout settings and UI effect controls" is almost unreadable.
This happens in 15.x as of r60042 and affected trunk.
Removing the color property for the rule on class help-block solves, but that class is used in numerous places.
In SVN commit r60043, chibaguy darkened the text to improved text color contrast; this theme now meets WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines (at least 4.5:1 text:background ratio for normal-size text). This was ported to trunk in r60044.
This should release in Tiki 15.3 and 17.
