It used to work. It is SEFURL for this URL: https://tiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=6&threadId=67074
There even is a perma-link in the bottom left of the forum post with "Link" label linking to https://tiki.org/forumthread67074-Plugin-trackers-transaction-step-on-Tiki17-2 which returns the same error.

So it must be that post specific thing?
