Now that we have a ScreenCast feature, it makes perfect sense to manage annotations. The data could be kept in wiki pages like PluginAnnotation. Since it's video, the interface needs to be improved though.
- Box location (as we have in PluginAnnotation)
- Text (as we have in PluginAnnotation)
- Start time (new)
- End Time (new)
We could also use this to annotate regular videos from Kaltura.
