Testing Use Case: Dev wants to ensure that a particular version of Tiki passes all tests

A developer wants to check that a particular version of Tiki passes ALL the tests that have been written for it and poured into the Tiki central repository of tests.

Maybe he is the release manager and wants to make sure the version is stable before releasing.

Maybe he is a developer who is about to make changes to it, and wants to make sure that he starts out in the red, and that therefore, any subsequently failing test is caused directly by a change he just did.
